Teachers in Meros were kind enough to give advices to me when I had worries about my future. One of the strong points of Meros is that we could go for advices to the teachers anytime. Teachers and staffs in Meros would take care of the students, who live in foreign countries for the first time, for the safety living in Japan. We can practice Japanese for EJU and JPT besides ordinary Japanese studies, so I was very satisfied.

I started studying at Meros from beginners' class (A-grade). Meros has many classes to match each student's level. We study Japanese steadily in the first half, and choose classes that fit our purpose. In addition to study, there are various events such as a speech contest, a sports meeting, ski trip, excursions and interchanges with university students. We could consult with teachers about going on to universities and troubles in our life, and also get good supports so that we could have safe and pleasant life in Japan.

I think it was a good thing that I'd come to Japan. Although the life in Japan is quite different from that of Malaysia, it's actually quite interesting once you've gotten used to it. Studying at Meros is also quite fun. Due to having friends from different countries, we communicate using Japanese very quickly. In spite of that, I also got to learn many things of other countries from my friends. I think it's really great that I've come to Japan to study.

2008.03 returned to her country
I came from India. Even though I have studied Japanese and worked as an interpreter in a prominent company in India, I found it difficult to talk fluently in Japanese. So I decided to come here in Japan and practice more. In Meros I could study at the class match my level of Japanese. I was also quite satisfied with the curriculum of Meros. The text book includes some chapter concentrating in important topics such as environment problems, society, cultures, etc which, I think, rouse student's interest in study. Besides that, students can choose some lessons which match own needs such as the preparation for JLPT, university entrance exams. Moreover there are many good things at Meros like making friends who came from various countries, studying happily. In addition I think I can improve a lot while getting to know more about Japanese society, culture with the support of my teachers.

Now I am studying architecture in graduate school. I'm very happy with meeting kind teachers in Meros language school. I really thank teachers in Meros who had helped me with study, life, and choice of schools. It is the most important to be able to answer why you want to study in Japan when you are interviewed for university or graduate school of art, as well as Japanese skills. Also, you need to understand your work because you have to explain your work in interview. You should consult with your teacher before your exam. Teachers in Meros would help you very kindly. Language school is very important first step for studying in Japan. It is very difficult to understand Japan, as a very first experience, and to live without the basis by support of language school. Now I am satisfied with having experiences as my first step in Meros. I have kept speaking only Japanese in mind although students around me spoke in my mother tongue. It helped me a lot to progress in my Japanese skills. My advice to you is that you should have your target firmly and do your best.

It was very difficult for me to be accustomed to free and bright class in Meros because I had been adapted myself to the cramming system of education. I was worried if it was the right way since I had very strong desire to go into famous prestigious university after the failure in my first year in Japan. However, teachers' hearty words made my thought change and I started thinking 'I should believe there words and do my best!' After that, my life and study in Meros would change dramatically. I could enjoy all the things in school and have fun with preparing for university that had been very difficult. As a result, I could pass the exam for the university of my first choice. It is no exaggeration to say that teachers let me to succeed. The heart of teaches are earnest over letting students enter university. I really thank teachers in Meros. I think my life in Meros became very important period in my whole life. I am very happy with meeting good friends and teachers as well.
