An instructor from Tokyo Cooking and Confectionery College gave our students a lecture on making rolled sushi.
First of all, the instructor taught with humor about the origin of sushi, the difference by region, how to prepare the ingredients etc. Everyone listened to the lecture with interest, taking notes. At the end of the lecture, the students ate delicious sushi roll made by themselves!
